I need to lose about 50-70 pounds. I don’t know how to get rid of my belly bulge.

Weight loss is still all about calories in versus calories out. Spend a few days tracking your calories and examining your diet choices. There’s no way to spot reduce fat. When you lose a pound of fat you don’t get to choose where it comes from.

Start strength training with high intensity cardiovascular exercise to get your metabolism (lean body weight) back where it should be and hopefully that will stimulate the weight loss you are looking for. Good luck!
