I am a 43-year-old, 300-pound female. What should my heart rate be for weight loss?

There’s no certain heart rate for weight loss. For general conditioning of the heart, lungs and maximal calorie burning, try exercising at 57-95 percent of your max heart rate (for you, that is a range of 133-168). The higher your heart rate goes, the harder you’re working, and therefore the higher the calorie expenditure.
