Will one hour a day on a treadmill help poor leg circulation?

Movement in general is beneficial to circulation; the method (treadmill, elliptical, cycling) doesn’t really matter. I would encourage you to start exercising, but I encourage you to also incorporate upper body and lower body strength training in addition to cardiovascular activity. Strength training builds capillary density in the muscles, which helps improve circulation throughout the body.
