I have been on a low-fat diet for eight months and have lost 45 pounds, but now have hit a plateau. What can I do? I walk for exercise.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Even losing 10 percent of your body weight has shown to be beneficial for your health. To fully answer your questions, I would need some additional information. Walking is a great way to exercise. You may be at a plateau point. Adding more exercise might help, or extending the length of exercise could help. Try a different type of activity, and see if it makes a difference.
