Is it bad to eat too much peanut butter? I love that honey peanut butter and eat about two tablespoons a day, usually with fruit, but sometimes alone. Will this restrict me from losing body fat?

Two tablespoons a day probably won't hurt. It's not just the peanut butter you eat, but it's the total sum of calories you consume or expend that will affect your body fat. Eat a variety of foods for all the food groups and get regular exercise. That's your best bet.
