I have stopped eating meat. I know there is protein in peanut butter and beans. What else? What about the fat in peanut butter?

Dairy products and eggs are sources of protein. Starches and vegetables also have small amounts of protein. Soy is another protein source. The fat in peanut butter is fine; it has the type of fat that is better for your heart health. You may benefit from seeing a dietitian to discuss your concerns.
