What do you think about the 7-Day Diet Program?

I did a web search on the 7-Day Diet Program and found many versions of what is called a 7-Day Diet Program, so I'm not sure which one you mean. However, I can say that anything short-term won't do much good if a person does not change habits and behaviors. Any diet that eliminates a food group is not a healthy diet.

I'm not a believer in "diets." The best way to lose weight and to keep it off is through healthy eating and exercise. I tell my patients to think of being healthy; focus on that. And look at your behaviors that may be causing problems, such as stress eating or eating when bored, not finding or making time for exercise.

There are no magic pills or meal plans, except the good old fashioned way — calories in and calories out.
