Is there a special diet for someone with aorta aneurysm?

In researching, I found there isn't a specific diet, but following a heart-healthy diet as recommended by the American Heart Association is healthy for everyone. Consume more whole grains, fruits and vegetables; and less added fat, cholesterol and sodium. Include lean meats such as chicken and fish in your diet. To cook for a healthy heart, bake, broil and grill; and trim away excess fat. Choose lower fat snacks and crackers for snacks.
