Is it safe for me to eat sunflowers seeds every day?

Yes. Sunflower seeds are a source of unsaturated fat. One tablespoon is considered a serving size. They are still high in calories (1 ounce of dry-roasted sunflower seed kernels = 165 calories), so one serving a day is probably good.
