Are pork and shrimp bad for our health?

Actually shrimp is low in calories and is considered a very lean meat choice when looking at exchange lists. Pork can be a healthy alternative, too. Loin chops and pork tenderloin are better choices. Bacon and pork steaks are high in saturated fat and are not the best choices for every day.
