I work the night shift and want to know a healthy eating schedule.

You can pack your lunch, and bring along fruit, whole grain crackers, raw vegetables for snacks. It's been suggested not to go more than 4-5 hours without eating a meal or a snack. There are several ways to work out a schedule depending upon your routine at work. Some people eat dinner before going to work, then have a lunch during the longer break, then eat something light when they get home. When you get up, I would have breakfast, then eat before you go into work.
