My schedule is too rushed to eat the fruits and vegetables I should. Can I just take supplements?

You won't be getting the same benefits taking a supplement instead of eating whole fruits and vegetables. You may be missing out on fiber, plus the added benefits of eating these foods. Actually, fruit has been referred as nature's fast food. Apples, bananas, boxes of raisins and other dried fruits are easy to carry along. And you can cut up vegetables to take along. That will help you increase your intake.
