I’ve heard about the dangers of too much soy in one’s diet, specifically for women with regard to breast health and thyroid conditions. I am a lactose-intolerant vegetarian female, so I drink soy milk and use soy products. Should I cut back? I am otherwise healthy and fit.

I don't see a need for you to cut back on soy. You can always get additional feedback on this from your physician. Also, check out this information about soy from the American Dietetic Association and the United Soybean Board.
