I’m 23 and weigh 200 pounds. I need to lose fat, especially from my belly.

There isn't a way to "spot" reduce. Exercise is the sure way to reduce fat and tone muscle. Also, eating a healthy diet and cutting back on portions. These two basic things — healthy eating and exercise — can help reduce fat. It's not easy to reduce in just one spot. Seek out a personal trainer who can help you with an exercise routine. Just a simple walk is one of the best forms of exercise. Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
