My daughter gets her bachelor of science degree in dietetics next year. Why don’t more hospitals like BJC offer dietetic internships? The ADA site only lists four.

I'm going to suggest that you direct this question to your daughter's university adviser. Or have her ask. There is an intricate process involved to be considered for, or actually host, an accredited dietetics internship program. Once a program is accredited, there are periodic reviews to see that the program is meeting appropriate criteria. It's an in-depth process and certain requirements to be met just to submit an application. There are specific education and learning experiences that need to be provided. The American Dietetic Association outlines internship criteria that need to be met by those facilities wishing to host a dietetic internship.
