Program Manager

Jacobs is managing the program, providing oversight to the prime contract team, including architect, engineer, diversity consultant and construction manager. With offices in St. Louis, Jacobs has more than 60 years extensive experience managing large construction projects, including BJC’s Campus Integration Project from 1997-2001.

HOK is the executive architect. A St. Louis-based global design and planning firm with an extensive health care project portfolio, HOK has earned a reputation for designing health care facilities that support superior patient outcomes, including a number of previous projects at the Washington University Medical Center campus.

Chief Engineer

Bard, Rao + Athanas Consulting Engineers (BR+A) is the chief engineer. BR+A’s primary focus for 35 years has been health care engineering design, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The engineering firm made significant contributions to the Washington University Medical Center campus master planning, completing a comprehensive assessment of current conditions and expansion potential of campus utilities.

Construction Manager

ACW Alliance is the chief construction manager. ACW Alliance is a partnership of Alberici, Clayco and SM Wilson. ACW Alliance also was the construction manager on BJC’s Missouri Baptist Medical Center's, 225,000-square-foot West Pavilion bed tower. Independently, the three companies have completed significant construction projects on the Washington University Medical Center campus and have an extensive understanding of the campus.
