Before You Start

Welcome to BJC! We are excited you have chosen to join our team.

As part of our GPS: Guiding People to Success onboarding program, we are providing you with a few key tools as you prepare for your first day with BJC.

First, watch this short video:

Before your employment at BJC begins, you must complete and pass your occupational health screening, background check and onboarding appointments. The screening and appointment times will be set up by your designated talent services coordinator. At your onboarding appointment, you will:

  • Complete your I-9.
  • Get your photo taken for your employee badge.
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions.

Within your first days of employment you will begin to notice BJC employees use a lot of acronyms. Click here for a helpful list of commonly used BJC acronyms. The acronyms list is viewable via Saba. Saba is BJCs learning and development system that houses personal and professional development opportunities, talent and performance management solutions, and virtual employee communities. You must have BJC login credentials to access Saba.
