Lisa Olenski is the executive director of Transformation Support in the Center for Clinical Excellence. In her current role at BJC, she is responsible for organizational change through system-wide training and consulting resources applying Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management and Rational Thinking Processes.
During her seven years at BJC, Lisa has worked with senior leadership, management and front-line staff to deploy Lean Management System including Hoshin Kanri goal deployment, rapid cycle improvement events and daily management.
Lisa has a degree in computer science and math from the University of Illinois and a masters in business administration with an emphasis in health care administration from Webster University, St. Louis. She has spent her career in performance improvement including time at McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Caterpillar and SSE, a St. Louis-based consulting firm.
