BJC Career Development Internship Program (CDIP)

Why Nurses Choose BJC

Why Choose a BJC Internship

Across BJC HealthCare, we employ more than 30,000 team members in our 14 hospitals and multiple community health locations, and each of us has a role in making medicine better – from clinical professions on the front line of patient care, to the business lines that ensure we are a safe and innovative organization, and from the IT professionals who enable life-saving technology, to the people who plan and design and construct our buildings.

We are successful because we strive to attract the best talent to work in a culturally diverse organization, with clinical and non-clinical opportunities making medicine better. Through the BJC Career Development Internship Program (CDIP), which launched April 2020, you have the chance to learn, grow and enrich your professional experience like many of our employees.
