Continuous Learning
The BJC Center for LifeLong
Learning (CLL) offers many
classes and programs for
current employees interested
in enhancing their
skills and developing their career paths. The CLL
offerings, including online courses, classroom
learning and higher education opportunities, were
recognized in 2007 as among the best in the country
by the American Society for Training and Development
(ASTD). Other 2007 winners of this national
distinction include Microsoft, The Home Depot
and American Express.
Nearly 200 employees have participated in the
two-part BJC School at Work program, many earning
